I liked the place, everything was great. The staff were all super-friendly, nice. The location was good and perfect - just off the Train Station, Public Transit and a convenient area. Plus, distance to Waves Indoor Waterpark was only 1 km.

The staff I encountered were accommodating and very pleasant. The hotel was situated in the central location very close to everything. Also, this venue was situated 1 mile from tourist destination like North Surrey Arena Sports Complex.
The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

I enjoyed its exceptionally clean rooms.
The location was perfect - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Really helpful and outstandingly accommodating staff who were always there to help.

Enjoyed our rooms with all the amenities. Having central heating and a TV was very convenient. The hotel had a central setting close to the sky train. And we were close to public transport, the skytrain, and the Train Station and Shopping Mall.

We got a room with a bath. We had a private bathroom. Good central location short walk to the Surrey Central sky train station and shopping mall and Public Transit.

Amazing base for a 4-night stay. The location is favourable and unbeatable and the staff are super friendly. Quite comfortable stay, as always.

My favorite property in Surrey. Typical hotel, though with excellent staff and free wi-fi. The location convenient and nice close to everything. Near public transport, the skytrain, and the Surrey Central sky train station.
Beds were hard.
